unfortunately, it's all about the squats and lunges (I hate them too, but they've worked wonders on my ass.) Another is a step-type work out.

Squats do wonders.
one of the BEST workouts for your glutes are donkey kicks! Get on all fours, and extend your leg like u are pushing against resistance, or keep your leg bent and lift your hell to the ceiling. Also, curtsy type lunges..they arent like traditional lunges, you basically go diagonally back and forth to hit the hip abductors (side of butt) and not the quads (thighs).





I wonder if trying those things would reduce my ass?

running up stairs! try to find a huge staircase and do it. When I used to work at a Hotel I'd run up and down the stairs on my breaks to get a little workout. Sounds crazy but it worked. I try to go up and down my stairs at home as often as possible. It really makes a difference but most people are too lazy.

Like this???do butt to the floor squats ,dead lifts,lunges and sumo squats. Start with a weight you can "feel" and increase your weights every two weeks until you love what you see in the mirror.. works 4 me. Oh and don't be lazy 5 sets of 10 at least.
