I keep injuring myself in my sleep. I am on many drugs right now, so I don't know if that's the reason I'm having such crazy dreams...or if it's my psycho neighbours stressing me out (latest development was them having my car towed from my legal, paid parking space, not telling me, and me having to spend seven hours finding my car last friday)...
...anyway, I fell out of bed somehow two weeks ago and banged up my knee like crazy, and it's still sore...I punched the wall in my sleep...the rock solid wall, very hard, woke up in serious pain...thought I broke my wrist! and I jumped up in bed really fast from a night terror or something and smashed my elbow on the bedside table. Ouch!!
I was a sleep walker and a sleep screamer in childhood. I sleep alone these days, but when I'm not, no one's said anything, so I'm generally normal, until recently. Any way to ensure a calmer sleep? What is this sleep self-destruction stuff? It could be coincidence though. Anyone have anything similar?
