I'm ready for bed so I will have a 10 oz glass of water before resting.
I tend to pee thru out the night. I will start a lemonade diet/fast detox and will post my experiences and results.
Well like some i've gotten a little lazy about my diet over the holidays so my diet dr (I'm on the genetix program) decided i needed a jump start in the right direction. Today I'm eating only fruit and water. Tommorow he will introduce some more healthy foods. However i don't have any fruit in the house so i need to go get some, so far I've only had water but i will be having a big fruit salad.
I usually eat about the same thing every day. For breakfast, it is a glass of orange juice. Lunch and dinner are chicken and veggies, and sometimes mac-n-cheese or pasta. I also drink coke by the gallon, and I love goldfish crackers and starburst candy. Once a week I pig out on pizza, Mcdonald's, or whatever. This is probably not the healthiest diet, but after having a baby, I feel like it is the only thing that works for me. I am about 5'6 and weigh around 120 pnds, so I think it is working!![]()

large bow of Harvest crock pot soup (chicken legs, garlic, onion, bay leaf, a little salt,
parsnip, yellow squach, corn, zuchini, diced tomato, potato, mushroom slices,
egg noodles, onion soup mix, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and water)
the rest of the strawberries
2 glasses of water
Snack:
Another bowl of soup

homemade pizza... ham, turkey, capsicum, cheese and pineapple. (fresh pineapple that i cut out of that pointy bastard myself)
1 more bounty mini-egg that i begged out of Mr Naut (hadn't learnt lesson)
today i failed on the no wheat/dairy front. but god it was tasty.

Today I was really sad about my boyfriend and I breaking up. I know I am the one who moved but can't I still be sad? Last night I made fish tacos, beans, and brown rice for some friends. This morning I woke up and ate the rest of the yummy mexican rice (I have to post the delicious recipe). I followed that up with yogurt, then some of those big crunchy pretzels. I went back to sleep (this is very unlike me). I woke up and ate more yogurt, pretzels, pondered some toast with peanut butter, but ate some cereal with milk instead. I went on an evening hike with a good friend up a small mountain. Before work I got some ice coffee from my favorite place and some banana bread. I ate half before work, a cliff bar from the vending machine during work, and the other half of the banana bread right now. I will eat cereal with milk again and then go to sleep. I know tomorrow will be better. Sorry, I can't help you with portion control.

lunch: foccacia with salami mozzarella and sundried tomatos
snack: cream donut
dinner:fish, brown rice risotto, salad with feta cheese, spinach, tomatos and olives
