Ginger helps, as does peppermint. Peppermint candies or gum, or peppermint oil can help relieve nauseousness. Hope you feel better soon.
I believe you Dottie and you have my support

make sure you eat with it. white (saltine) crackers are good. also, if you're not lactose intolerant, milk too..helps "coat" the stomach

Lay on your left side, it slows your heartbeat. Get some fresh air.
Clove or cinnamon tea can help also.

I don't kno if this will work for you, but every time I felt nauseaus my mom would give me a pea size amount of salt to lick and swallow, and it always worked. I'm not sure the reasoning behind its effectiveness. Also always eat before you take the medication.
potpotpot
phenergan?
OTC nausea relief?
peppermint shit too.
chicken noodle soup and sprite?
i always eat crackers when i'm nauseated

Peppermint is really good that way. Do it as an infusion, rather than a tea tho (let it infuse for four hours).

saltines and 7-up
I just found this really great lemon and ginger tea. That and the Mint Medley tea work good for my morning sickness.

Damn - this is the second time one of your thread titles made me think you were preggy.
And I totally missed that AlexxaHex IS. Congrats.
And I hope you feel better CK - I can't stand feeling nauseous.

I drink Reed's Ginger Beer like it's going out of style. I'm also nauseous- but I haven't had sex since my period do I had better not be pregnant. UGH. I also chew on altoids and ginger chews.

The best herbal remedy I've ever found for nausea is the same one prescribed by an increasing number of doctors for people suffering from nausea due to chemotherapy or advanced HIV--good ol' fashioned THC.
Couldn't agree more! But, if you need your head clear you can buy a product at the pharmacy otc called Emetrol. It is frequently used by people going through chemo.Originally Posted by Dottie Rebel
I've always had stomach problems, and I swear the THC is really the best remedy for me, but barring that the Emetrol works pretty good.
