    Default Show tricks and bendiness

I can bend over backward until my head is mere inches from the ground and then finish it with a (planned) fall, no problem... but last night I was watching a dancing show and I saw someone do it backwards... as in... they had their hands on the ground but their toes were barely not touching the ground.

I can do a handstand, but where do I even think of learning this (only much MUCH further back):

It's a breakdancing move and I'm thinking I could get an instructor?

God, I need some uber flexible personal trainer right about now.

    Where do I begin?!

Fucking fantastic! Last night I was all, "SWEET Now my TV is a tax write off 'cause this show is great for work ideas!"

I loved the tranny "I can go either way" dude. hahaha.

Some of that breakdancing had me going, "And I want to learn that... and that... and that..."

Youd' need some crazy strong back, stomach, and arm muscles too.

Fuck, I'd do it to learn that one... might as well get excercise.

I'll join the gym and work on my back. My arms are pretty good... but my back needs work.
