What is a good body fat percentage to have so you look lean but still with a few curves? I know this is a crazy question but i have just started at the gym not long ago and im not sure what is a good bf% goal to work for.
my stats are
167cm
22% BF
63 Kg
I am hoping to get down to about 57kg and about 17%bf is this a realistic goal and is an 1hour of cardio 3 time a week 3weight trainig days a 1 2 hour cardio and toning session enough to achieve this in a short periode of time. Thanks
