OK...so first of all thanks for helping me out.
Now....I haven't danced since Jan. due to a stupid decision based on an abusive ex.....PAST IS THE PAST...live and learn.
Point is, I haven't danced, or worked out (pilates) during this past time...so I am not overly heavy, but I have 0 muscle tone (you know what I mean).
What is the best exercise regimen you guys have found to show results? I am going to be dedicated ...only set back is my pelvis injurywhich makes common workouts so hard, and why my situation is a bit odd...I went about 6 months. on reformer pilates before to get in shape...and now that I have no funds to support this expensive training I am seeking advice to see what you may recommend.
