I am officially a coke addict...but of the coca-cola variety. I literally down, on average, 8 or 9 cans a day![]()
I know, I know...it's horrible for me, and at calories a can (x 8...ouch) and I know it's what's holding me back from making progress on my diet. (I eat very small amounts...really, 1200 calories and I am mor ethan satisified in a day...I work out, an hour of cardio a day, 5 days a week...running and elliptical...3 or 4 days of weight training...and I'm still soft and a tad chubby all in my legs and ass)
I've tried to quit drinking this crap before, but in the mornings I dont have it, I get so cranky and irritable, and just can't get myself moving. Later in the day, I get shakes and the worst headaches, even if I took caffeine supplements.
Help! I need help to deal with my coke cravings, nd any ideas for substitutes (diet coke just dosn't cut it, even with lemon/lime...it just makes me crave the real thing more)

but I can drink anything else diet. I'm hooked on the diet caff free wally world soda, hey at least it's cheeper lol.
