I just noticed that from Stevies post...
Ooh I like this site! I feel a shopping spree coming on ...

I work for a private company and it's the norm here for girls to just wear lingerie sets. I want to spruce up my dance wardrobe with more SC type outfits so I stand out more. Thanks for all the ideas ladies!

Oh man I LOVED those ruffley bottoms. You're talking about the ones with lines of ruffles across the butt right? Not the ones that have ruffles around the leg holes. I saw a girl wearing these in a bar the other night, and it looked like a mini skirt that had gotten stuck in her ass crack. I tried to quietly tell her that she had a "wardrobe malfunction" and she started screaming about how they were shorts and "WHY ARE YOU STARING AT MY ASS?!!". Stupid girl.

I haven't worked in over a year, but was wondering if the "sparkly" dresses or glitter knit dresses are still in style? or it that tacky?

i can't believe the girls in my club are still wearing legwarmers. i think they are the tackiest thing in a stripclub. 2nd up would be those knee socks with the three stripes going around the edge. i think it's only cute with a sporty outfit but a lot of girls tend to fuck that up. for a couple of months, tutus were popular. i thought it was cute phase. now what's really popular here (in a nude club) is to walk around and hustle wearing nothing but your thong. literally. that too, is tacky

I've noticed the new trend of ed hardy type dress or bikinis online at stripper outfit websites, but not in the clubs yet really, anyone wearing these styles yet?

ooh, I haven't seen those, but i really like the one piece romper monokini thing. those first two dresses would never fly at my club though. you'd look downright prudish.

also, oksana, I smile every time i see your signature image. so. cute.

actually yeah the dresses would look frumpy at all but a couple of the clubs I dance at, one club is skimpy all the time, but you are required to wear a dress or gown on Fri and Sat night shifts so they would be ok for that....i am just wondering is anyone wearing the style yet?

Ditto, I love my costume jewelry, no matter what I wear it adds a little glam to it.
I also had the hard core, classy not trashy drilled into my brain. I look at some of the things these girls wear and they look like they came straight out of the trailer park.

If I am feeling cute, I have an outfit with matching leg warmers, its fun but not for every night.

Also, I worked in clubs where tattoos were not allowed the girls had to cover them up.

I don't know what to think, most of the time imho, the guys want to see whats under the costume and could care less about the costume.

I work near Boston and girls wear EVERYTHING around here...from the scrunchie-butt bikinis to gowns to costumes.....I think girls go for thier own look mostly, I am not sure we really have trends! I see a lot of little skirts and bikini tops too.

I am the only girl at my club who wears knee-high black boots with a chunkier heel.....and I LOVE how rock star they look at the fact that no one else wears them! I really think since I feel great in them they give me an advantage!

ok after a little more searching, this is what i came across-not the exact type of bottom i'm talking about but close enough! the difference is that the ruffle between the butt was bigger (like butterfly wings) and there was no ruffle round the waist of the thong...just between the butt! LOL...I use to have an animal print one...LOL...i wish i still had it to show you girls =D

As far as trends, the girls at my club are still doing the leg warm thing & 2 piece bikinis mostly.

That's why I've started wearing gowns...I've never worn then before & I really like it! I feel classy, sexy & I def stand out from the other girls because no one else is wearing them

I also have a black jumpsuit from back in the day, that I have pulled out of retirement ~ I LOVE to wear that too!!!

I have very sexy ankles and would never ever cover them with leg warmers! Lol. I work ina gown club but a lot of the girls wear shoes with ribbon that wrap up around the ankle. Those are hot.

    HI!
I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this, but i would like to start a thread of all of your favorite places to buy your stripper costumes. Do you use the internet? If so what sites? Keywords?
    Thanks!

^ yes you can make a thread but what you just did was one post in a thread that was already started.

as far as trends - wearing a regular bra with a normal dance bottom is really popular here now! like, even girls who have been dancing for a long time and have a lot to choose from. so odd...

i have to admit i think the leg warmers are cute and i would go for it if i wasn't so short!

I agree! I know a lot of people hate leg warmers and that as a trend, they're pretty played out, but I just feel so CUTE in mine that I can't help but wear them. Also, they're great knee protection.

My club has a strict dress code, but most girls wear jewelled bras/bikini type tops and skirts (i.e. skirt sets/two pieces).

Everyone at my club keeps wearing those fishnet dress things... I'm sorry, I just think they're absolutely hideous!

There are a ton of girls who also just wear their bras and thongs... I can't do just a thong, dunno just feel like I'm giving it away for free!

I will always love my thigh highs... I think I own like 15 pairs. Fishnet, opaque, designs... whatever. Dunno I just love them.
