excellent. we pull ourselves out of the depths, one giggle at a time
I'm sorry you had a shitty day. If it's any consolation, I've been the same way since last night when I got a splitting headache, then got no sleep, then had to get up early and drive over and hour each way for my job today and then had all kinds of other issues I won't get into when I got home. But fuck it all, I'm going to bed. Tomorrow is a new day!

Actually, I have read that if you physically make yourself smile, there's something about the physical act of doing so that makes you feel better.
After you've had a good cry, anyways, lol...

I am just reading this. By now you are most likey better or a little better. That really, really is a sucky day. I hate those. I even hate knowing they happen to other people. Especially when you were trying your hardest to be kind to yourself and the bath water was cold. f*ck.

DJoser, I had heard that before somewhere, too. Kind of like how if you can fake an orgasm really well sometimes it makes you have a real one or something like that. Perhaps that wasn't relevant? Anyway...
Thanks Mare, I'm feeling a little better. My bath tonight was at least hot.![]()

good. im glad this all feels better today. one day at a time pook.
and as far as the stalker goes, i *heard* he did the same to someone else, talking about what she said in the thread. troll.
Love it!
My friend dropped his phone in the lake once when we were out on his boat. He grabbed it before it sank but it was messed up, it would just play the text message noise over and over and none of the buttons worked!! We took the battery out an after a couple of days of drying out we put it back in and it slowly remembered how to do all the telephone things again!!
Two of the things I do that make me feel better
1. Hold myself accountable for what happened. Not blame persay but thinking about what role you played in the situation.
2. Appreciation. I think of things I appreciate in life.
