My right one has never been quite as full as the left, since 4 weeks after my BA (2003) I went back to work at 4 weeks and apparently overdid it on stage, because I felt something weird in there and it hurt. Then I noticed it just wasn't QUITE as full as the other. It's barely noticeable, if at all, to others. But like you, I notice it, and it bugs me. I dunno, I kinda think they just settle differently, the same way our boobs aren't perfectly symmetrical in nature, I'm sure they don't heal symmetrically with implants either. Also it seems like it's normal for them to change over the years - age, settling, body adjusting, wear and tear, etc. Ya know?
I think that, especially with salines, if they're really leaking you'll see a bigger difference, faster. Like major deflation in a few days...
I've also read that they pretty much always leak a small amount (less than 5%over the course of some years, but that's no big deal and no cause for concern.
I'd just put it on watch, and if you notice any serious shrinkage, it's time for replacements. Otherwise don't worry about it. Or if it bothers you that much, get them redone - we have to get them redone every few years anyway. I've always heard that strippers and other athletic types have to replace theirs more often than other women because our active jobs/lifestyles puts more wear and tear on them....
You should just go to the doc and make sure its not leaking. Is it different from before? Was it full and now is shriveling? You may have had the implants filled to different capacities...and the left one was more full, so it wouldn't do what the right one is doing.
But, either way...go see your doc.
From what I've heard about salines, if they deflate you know it because your boob shrinks alot. If it really bothers you, go see your PS for peace of mind.

a girl i worked with a while back had leakage and it went down pretty quick. she had to go get it fixed
Ya, if it's a leak, it'll probably be empty in a matter of days. But just in case, go to the doc and save, just in case!
