I kno they say that a reasonable amount of weight to lose is 1-2lbs a week. But does anyone know how many inches you could expect to lose in a month, assuming you were losing 1-2lbs per week?
I ask because I quit going to the gym about 3 months ago, and out of curiousity, I measured myself today. And i have put on 4 inches to my waist and hips, so I was wondering how long it would take to lose it again. I have started working out again, and tightening up my diet.
