    Default Nuva ring???

Anybody know if there is a risk of blood clots with this bc??? I smoke and I'm kinda researching the best way to go on this now that I had my second kid on the 15. I'm also looking at the iud. Also, if your boobs got bigger on these methods?? This is the smallest my tits have ever been!!! I'm gonna get em done next year, but a little extra fullness for the time being would be great. My man's a tit guy

Lol! I've been on it for 6 months, and trust me, there's no way it could get lost up there It has the same risk of blood clots, stroke, etc. as do oral contraceptives. I love it.. it's wonderful to not worry about forgetting my pill. I would definitely recommend it. Good luck with your research!

You can smoke with Mirena IUD, so I would look inot that if you want to keep smoking. I ain't gonna lecture since I'm not gonna do the pot/kettle thing!

Just like tampons, it's impossible for the ring to "get lost" inside your vagina since it's a pouch, not some endless tube. If you ever have a tampon slip up too far inside you, just bear down like you're having a bowel movement; this will make your uterus and cervix move down, and you should be able to reach all of your vagina with your fingers. With the NuvaRing, most people (me included) find it most comfortable with it situated all the way at the top of the vagina, around the cervix (you can't feel it there), so you have to bear down a bit to reach it sometimes when it's time to take it out.
