    Default Rubbing alcohol on poles?

    Im sorry i know this has been asked before but i honestly couldnt find any results when i did a search and i guess i just wanna make sure as i dont wanna mess my pole up.


    So is rubbing alcohol the best thing to clean your pole and make it nice and grippy?

    Yes, it effectively gets off all of the oil.

    It won't damage the pole.

    yep but if u use your pole a lot it tends to dry your skin on your hands out

    I actually use metholated spirits personally. It works the best. Dries quick, cleans and disinfects

    I've never had this problem. If you put the alcohol in a spray bottle and use a paper towel, the alcohol should be dried before you use the pole...so I don't understand how it would dry your hands out?

    that's what i use..i also have to spray it on my hands too..they get extra sweaty/oily and that helps my grip.

    I use glass cleaner sprayed into a rag to clean my pole.

    Alcohol has been my best friend since i bought my pole!!! (And I do mean Isopropyl)

    I bought wet ones baby wipes. They have alcohol content and they seem to work great!

    Be careful though and make sure they're the really cheap baby wipes as the others have moisturising lotion in and make ur pole slip heaven!

    Ahh okay, thanks! As long as I'm not corroding the chrome plating of my pole, I'm happy.
