Default How you make your money

I was just wondering how most of you made your money. I just started two weeks ago and have been doing pretty well for a beginner, but I'm trying to improve and figure out how to make the most money possible. I have not sold any champagne rooms yet but have been pretty good about getting multiple dances from my customers, usually 3-4, a few timesd 5-6. The few that have only wanted one usually honestly didn't have the money, or it was a guy whose friend bought him one dance, so I'd like to think they if they had it they would perhaps want more and it's not anything I did! I haven't made much in tips (other than around the bar after I dance, which is usually good tips when it's crowded because almost ever guy gives $1 and some give $2 or $3). Most guys don't tip me after talking or giving me extra after I do their dance, though I haven't asked yet. I know some girls will just straight up ask for a tip and I'm not really comfortable doing that yet... I'm still perfecting my dance hustle, asking for tips will come later! Almost any time I want a drink I can just say hello and plop down next to a guy at the bar. Some guys will give me a couple of bucks while talking to me which is nice, and one guy gives me foot rubs and sticks dollar bills in between my toes. Yesterday I got my biggest tips so far: One guy bought 4 dances and gave me a $40 tip, and a women gave me a $20 after sitting and talking to her, and she and her husband are definatly coming back to see me, and I was assured by the dancer that introduced us that she will take care of me, so I'm planning on that!

For the dancers that are having the $800-$1000 nights, what has made you that money? Good tips, lots of champagne rooms, many customers all night or just one or 2 big spenders? And on your $200-$400 nights is that usually just your normal stage tips and some dances?

It's a combination of things. There are some clubs that don't have VIP rooms. There are some where the stage show brings in lots of cash. At the same time, some girls make all their money in VIP. Many girls won't make more than 10 bucks while on stage even when their lucky.

You need to look at the norm for your club. Even then, it depends. There were nights were I did well because I was busting my ass giving one dance to many people. Then there was the night I was cranky, didn't do a single dance. Two hours before closing had not even made tip out from my stage tips, and then some guy came in and took me to VIP for the rest of the night, tipping me extra. That ended up being one of my best nights ever!!! It was pretty cool...

There are too many factors in trying to answer that... Every girl, every club, every customer is different. Some nights you may do nothing but tons of regular lap dances, some nights you will do a few vips and that's all.... It's a combination of different things. Every night is a different party-that's what makes it fun, now go read Hustle Hut.

PS... Asking for tips? You'd be better off not asking. IMO it's tacky. A lot of guys feel that it is a disrespect and it could possibly be the deal breaker in selling more dances to that custy. Just some food for thought.

I work on the motto "quality not quantity". I try to find four or five customers (not patrons - people who spend money not just sit inside the club) who are QUALITY customers which translates into them buying one larger priced dance or multiple average priced dances ... or even one who buys a shitload of basic price dances.

This way I havn't really worked HARD for my money instead I go home with a sense that I worked SMART.

This method requires patience as you just don't know WHO will be your QUALITY customer and when so you just got to keep trying through-out the night.

For instance, the basic price dance in one club I have worked within is $30 nude for one song. I usually at least try to convince the person to upgrade to the "usual/average" price dance of $50 nude up to three songs (min. 2 songs - one topless, one nude). My usual mode of operati is to offer a higher priced dance and go DOWN from there and only give the potential customer three options (so they aren't overwhelmed by choice/decisions).

This way it makes the "average" dance price look cheap to them and they go for that and once I have them in the private dance area/room then I usually can get them to go for multiples thus they are a QUALITY customer.

Oh btw, two words for you: Hustle Hut.

A regular or two per shift (calling ahead of time is a good thing), stage tips, and a handful of regular dances.

i keep hearing about champagne rooms on here and i still don't really know what they are???????? we have a vip area in our club - i always offer the $50 dance - 3 songs as a VIP dance coz i read on SW that that was a good way to sell it and it def works coz the guys think they are getting something extra special - which they are coz in the more open areas u get a lot of guys who stand around and watch for free which annoys a lot of customers.
but im not sure if we have champagne rooms in australia, def not at my club.

with regulars mostly.... and like GCG said, quality over quantity..
My club is a real hustle club so most girls go table to table, but I'll probably dance with 5-10 guys a nights opposed to other girls hitting up nearly 25-50 guys..
For me, conversation is key, and it doesnt always hurt to say what you're doing..."i dont like to hop table to table and try to get thes random guys to dance, some of them are creeps...that's why i find it refreshing to actually be able to find a decent guy whos not going to disrespect me and who actually has the intelligence to hold a conversation besides, "nice ass""
guys will look at you like oh,shes not like the other girls... lol i dont know... im weird like that.. my best selling asset is my brain, believe it or not..
i can sit there and talk about anything with anyone.

I have always made the MOST money off 1 guy, and he was ALWAYS a business traveller in town for a night or two. But that's the extra good nights.

On 'normal' good nights it's usually a combination of VIPs and lots of dances. Lots of multiple dances that is. And often some decent tips.

It will take you awhile however you will learn the terms

A champagne room is usually the same as the VIP room (private intimate personal room ... sometimes only fitting one dancer and her customer or multiple dancers and their customers) where you HAVE to purchase some Champagne/Sparkling as part of the deal or you do not get to go in there.

A VIP room is just a more intimate private dance room/area.

Same for me, I make the most on travelers and ones that are usually first timers to the club. When it's their first time and they're business men, they're so much easier to sell to than the locals because it seems that the locals just sit around, drink beer and maybe get a couple of dances. I'm the same way, I look for quality not quantity. On Saturday night which is almost always my best nights, wasn't so great for me because there was so many people in there that you couldn't even move, customers were standing around and nights like that people don't spend money because they think, "It's so busy in here, other people will spend so I don't have to, I'll just hang out" *that btw, pisses me off and I want to smack all of them*

At my club there are no vips -- you will go on stage a few/several times a night. My stage tips range from $30-120 a night. Most money is made off of dances, and my highest banking nights are from doing many dances with just one guy. (I will either tip or have my custy tip $20 the dj to push me back anywhere from 6-10 dances... since we aren't required to tip the dj anyway, they really appreciate it.) And all of those 'high rollers' have been travelling businessmen.

Yeah, I pretty much decided that I don't want to ask for that reason, but it seems like a lot of girls on here find it standard to ask and get tipped more as a result. I just ment tipping for spending time and talking, not additional money after dances. If I sell a lot of dances, I don't expect a tip because I know how expensive dances are. A few nights ago one guy bought 5 dances from me and tipped me $40 I thought that was so nice of him. It's so flattering to have someone show you that you are worth $140 for 20 min. Especially if they only HAVE to pay $100. I have really only had a few people tip me well for conversation, most don't give anything and if they do it's just a dollar or two.

That's what I do, I talk to them just like I met them in a normal bar. The funny thing is that a lot of guys think I'm pretty and when I start talking to them and they realize I'm smart too, and they definatly like me, but since I don't give off an overpowering vibe of being fake or trying to hustle them, they don't seem interested in a dance (some do) and they just like to sit and talk like you would at a normal bar. Then I get called up on stage and do my thing and when I come to see them again later they are all about me and take me back into the couch room. It's like OH MY GOD she's real, shes nice, she's smart, AND shes hot and sexy on stage! Like they had a revelation when they saw me, I don't know, I just found it funny how guys who didn't seem interested in more than talking wanted me after my set.

Hey honey, I'm glad things are going good for you. I would stay away from the foot fetish guy if I were you, I heard he gets wierder and wierder! Risque (used to be) a high volume club where you can just go around and use different lines on different guys. I noticed you sat with a guy for a very long time the other day. Unless a guy is tipping you you shouldn't sit with him for longer then 2-3 songs. If they want to take you back they'll know after your first impression. And you can always go back later. As far as tips go, I don't ever ask for them. Except for when you are going around the bar after your stage set where it's custom in our club to tip 1 dollar minimum to each girl if you are sitting at the bar. If they don't tip I just roll my eyes at them and walk away, usually someone close to them will say something to them about how they are a cheap ass or something.

Start working nights sometime! Money isn't great right now but I'm sure it will pick up soon! I feel bad cuz you kinda started at a bad time, but I think maybe after the holidays it might pick up.

The foot fetish guy seems pretty harmless, he hasn't asked me any strange questions or made me any weird offers...yet...but I'll be cautious! I think he's just a little bit slow and just enjoys watching and talking to the girls. The only time he bought a dance from me he told me to lay back and relax and he rubbed my feet. Works for me! He will tell me some of the same things about himself over and over so I think that's it, he's just slow. I like that just gives me a couple of bucks, rubs my feet for a few minutes and then lets me go on my way without making me feel bad for taking his money and running. I hate guys that act like they own you but don't want a dance! Or they spend forever making you think they want a dance and then tell you that they would rather get to know you outside of the club, BLAH.

On Tuesday night I SO didn't want to be there, I was so tired and sore from 10 hours on Monday night and my day job on Tuesday so I really didn't do much of anything. None of the guys seemed to be biting and I was just so achy and tired that I was happy to relax and sit at the bar. I notice certain girls spending tons of time with one guy, sitting at the same spot at the bar all night and never going in for dances aqnd I've wondered how they make their money. Do they just get really good tips? Monday night on the other hand I barely had time to sit down, everyone wanted a dance. I didn't even have to approach guys they were coming at me left and right! I was a 5-10 but stayed til 2 and it was well worth it, my best night yet! Tuesday I barely made anything, but like I said, I wasn't trying at all, I couldn't get out of there fast enough. The one guy in the suit who I was with for a long time on Tues. did tip me for my company, bought me a bunch of drinks and gave me extra $ when I walked around the bar, so that was nice. Another guy I talked to who wasn't interested in a dance tipped me too, so it wasn't a total loss. I wish every night was like Monday though... I'm definatly making it a point to work on Eagles game nights!!!! I'm doing Saturday and Sunday this weekend. Haven't done Sunday yet but last Saturday was great.

alright ill give you a straight answer

things that help increase my moneys:

always be on the floor, never stay in the dressing room you will not make money there
asking for tips, yeah, those little dollars add up. make sure you get as many possible stage tips (there are tricks) and if some guy compliments you on the floor ask for a beauty tip or something, or when selling a dance and they ask for price, always say the price then "tips are appreciated"
knowing how to ask for more dances
being as friendly and social to as many people as possible
its tricky to spot guys with lots of money, but its easy to spot guys who are broke or not willing to spend on you
    brushing up on sales techniques

hey, i have a couple tips u might be able to use... the managers(or the bartenders too!) always know who has money in the club..(and is spending it!) ask who's spending or, if they have time, ask them to watch the room, then take a quick stroll around the club and custys. the person you asked to watch will be able to point out the heads you turned! then you can zero in on them first for dances! pretty nifty huh!
