Here's my deal:
When I was younger, if I should gain weight, it would all go to my tits and ass, theh stomach legs thighs, arms, and face never got bigger.
Well, after a bad battle with strep throat over a year and a half ago ( in which I lost 17 lbs in one week) I have finally put back on most of the wieght I lost. Problem is, now instead of going to my ass and boobs, it is going to my thighs and stomach. My ass used to be my best feature, and after losing all that weight it had gotten pretty small. Now it's back and beautiful again, but this time saddle bags came with it![]()
So, what excersizes are good for helping saddle bags? And, could all the squats and lunges ( few lunges, mostly squats) that I have been doing for the past year made my thighs bigger as a side affect? I realize I may have to lose a little weight to get rid of the saddle bags ( which is sasd because I'm very small as it is) so I might have to sacrifice some butt too.Is it better to keep the butt and have the bags, or sacrifice one to lose the other???
Is my obsession with squats somehow making my thighs bulky? what can I do to slim them down and keep my ass??
