Hey guys,
I've just started using a juicer to get all my nutrients. Does anyone have any ideas/combinations as to how I can get all of my daily nutrients? I was reading how multivitamins (I take Centrum) don't do the trick, so I'm doing it this way now.
Right now I juice:
-Spinach
-Brocolli
-Pineapple
-Carrot
-Apple
Tastes pretty good, but I really do want to get all my vitamins. Someone help!!!!
