    Default Fruit Flush

Anyone know anything about this diet? A girl at work was raving about it. She said you basically incorporate as many fruits and veggies into your diet as possible. Well, I'm impatient and it takes WAY too much time to eat the number of carrot sticks that it would take to make me feel full. Luckily, I have a juicer and a blender. I'm thinking about just blending up my fruits and veggies and drinking them instead (I'd get the nutrients AND I'd feel full). This would work, right?

Yeah, it's a great thing to do, if you have the time to sit on the toilet. Flushes your system out, gives you mounds of energy, and gets rid of lower abdominal waste bloating/build up.
Be prepaired for mild headaches on the third day when your system starts getting rid of its built up toxins. Drink lots of water.
Once you build up a tolerance for that much fresh foods, the toilet ishues go away.

I eat fruits and vegetables like they're going out of style for that very reason... as susie said, you'll go through a mildly uncomfortable phase from it, spend a lot of time gettign to know the toilet, and the headaches aren't too pleasant either, but stick it out, because afterwards you'll feel better than you can even imagine

Juicer. Hummm. Maybe a holiday gift to myself? What's a good model?

I eat almost no fruits or veggies. I did buy a pomegranate a day ago with the very best of intentions. What can I say--this is the poor diet of an aging divorced dude.
