(there are tons of posts on how to tone up or slim down quickly, but i dont know what to believe! there are so many different suggestions, so that's why i'm starting a new thread)
i'm going to miami in a little over a month and i want to tone up a bit.. since the holidays have started up i've gained a little bit of weight. what can i do over the next few weeks with the stress of finals and holidays to tone up a bit before i leave?
