Default I just need to work on my tummy

Well dancing has toned up everything I was unsatisfied with but the one thing left is to tone out this tummy!

I mean you gotta give me credit I started off 127 and delivered my 9 lb baby with myself weighing 200 lbs!

I will never look the same but I'm comfortable with my weight loss and dancing has toned up everything but my belly and my "love handle" area.

So those of you who have had children or have lost a large amount of weight how do you tone those areas to define the extra... FLAB!... no stretch marks... cant really describe it... just mama belly flab.

Or if you just know any good tummy/hip workouts then I would love to hear it but I want some good moves for my specifically baby belly... LOL.

BTW my son is almost 2 so I think the time has come to work this (off!)!!!!

One more thing: Dancing does a number on my already sensitive back... Sit ups always seem to kill my back but I also want to tone up the muscle (back fat) at the bottom of my back.

Any advise and links will be appreciated

Crunches with the stability ball...and doing Pilates.

And, of course you know, that you never do abdominal exercises without doing lower back exercises, as well.

You cannot tone up back fat. Back fat (and tummy fat) is indicative of a poor diet (one too high in carbs and fats). Tighten up your diet (it helps to keep a journal so you can pinpoint where your sabotage points are).

But, the best ab exercises are done on the stability ball (or swiss ball). It works wonders because not only are you utilizing muscle strength to execute the movement, but your other muscles are engaged in order to keep you stable on the ball.

Work out and watch what you eat. If you still don't get the tone you want think about lipo. Lipo works, just go to the right doctor.
