Please HELP!
Hi, I don't usually post anymore here, but I have a problem and I know there are tons of intelligent people here who can help.
I have been with Nextel Partners for years, about a month ago I switched to a new plan. a "promotion" they were having for 49.99 for two phones (family plan).
I realized that after taxes etc. it will be about 70 dollars, but I've been getting bills for $135.00! so I call Nextel, and first of all the lady starts telling me, why would we give away two phones for 49.99? and I told her it was a promotion and if she didn't believe me to check the recorded phone conversation. So he places in a ticket for them to check it out and she said they would call me back within 48 hours, they never do so I call them today, and the lady that answers said that they didn't call me back because they were right and I was wrong.
So I ask her where can I get a copy of the recorded phone conversation and she puts me on hold forever only to tell me that I can't have a copy. WTF? I am very pissed off and don't know what to do. It's not really the money but come on. I had gotten that extra phone for my mother, and my mother already had a phone, why would I go out and get her an even more expensive phone then she already had? I need help someone tell me what I should do.
THANKS IN ADVANCE! Any help will be GREATLY appreciated!

Re: Please HELP!
I would call back and you will most likely talk to someone else besides that stupid bitch, and ask the same question. You will be amazed at how many times I have called my cell company with a question/problem, had one person tell me something and I called back and had them tell me something completely different. They do NOT have their ducks in a row, and the head has no clue what the ass is doing or saying. If you call back and the person is rude to you like that and you still dont feel you have a satisfactory answer, ask to talk to a supervisor namely HER supervisor. State your complaint to him or her and if they still refuse to help or remedy the problem tell them you will making a complaint to the FCC (regulates all cell phone companies..http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints.html) and the better business bureau (http://www.bbb.org/). More likely than not something will result from either those statements or your actions..
