Default Catty Dancers trying to exclude my GF

My GF works at a one of the "high class" clubs in Vegas. This past week, on three separate occasions, a dancer already seated with one of the guys in the group called over another dancer (sometimes it’s someone in their “clique” sometimes its not) when my GF sat down with a guy in the group who nobody was sitting next to.

Usually the catty woman, who called over the extra dancer, then turns to the guy she picked and whispers something in his ear. At which point the men get up and excuse themselves. Then my GF sees the whole group together in the VIP, or the guy she is with says he will not be rude like that, or the girl who was called over says she will not do that to my GF.

What would you say to the custy if some catty dancer tries to exclude you?

What would you say to the catty dancer while maintaining some decorum?

That happened to me in Vegas. Honestly, its the customer's choice. At least most of the time the customer and dancer was on your gf's side, and not on catty-bitch.

She can tell a bouncer that's in good with her, or the DJ, or management. But I've always found them to be useless for conflict resolution since they are too open to palm-greasing from the enemy.

Something similar happened to me last night. I was dancing on stage and this guy kept on staring at me, I was doing my little eye flirting stuff and got money out of his wallet and was about to come over and tip me and this girl that was sitting at the bar near him whispered something in his ear and he then didn't come over and tip me. There's no telling what she said! *rolls eyes* But I have no control over it. Remember, what goes around comes around, cattyness does come with this business, girls that behave like that are very immature and desperate because they really have no hustling or people skills and it's proven that people talk bad about other people do it to make themselves feel better. She obviously felt threatened by me because otherwise she wouldn't do that. I don't do that, when I'm with a customer, if he wants to go tip a girl on stage, I say go for it.

THey're just hooking up their friends, probably. Did your gf just start there? Give it some time. It's really the customer's choice.

It's up to the customer. You're girlfriend needs to hustle them so that they really really want her and not some other girl - if they're ambivalent about her they'll let the catty girl insert her friend. Also, men have really short attention spans, especially when they're drunk, so when she see's that starting to happen, she needs to get the customers attention on her so he can remember how much he really really wants her and not some other girl.

Very good advice Lena! That's so true!! You have to be aggresive, especially around highrollers because girls get crazy and try to get you kicked out!

She has been at the club for a long time. Most of the time they are hooking up friends. But the other day one of them was going out of her way to be Catty and called over one of my GF friends; Who said "no way, I won't do that to her!"

My GF is professional and hates to cause a scene or worse start a cat fight. What would you say to the customer? What would you say to the Catty bitch to get her to back down without embarrassing yourself or the customers?

Lena gave good advice. Also, when the catty biatch starts waving over another dancer, your gf should ask the guy if he wants to go to VIP before the other chick has a chance to arrive. Also, maybe she should just start beating them all to the punch by teaming up with a friend of hers and approaching guys in pairs like that.
