I got invited to join a women's soccer league, kickass!! I havn't played in years but we have some time to practice until the season officially begins in January.
So its time to shape up! My health is not the best these days, and its from the obvious things: smoking, stress, not always eating the best.
I need to drop a few bad habits, and start a few new good ones. But, at least in the drug/alki recover arena, they say to take it one day at a time....
So, what should I do first?
1. Quit smoking
2. Start on a healthy eating regiment (no crash diets for me, my weight is fine)
3. Re-join a gym and get personal training
Technically, I should do all of this at once, but I know myself, I will fail miserably if I don't prioritize.
I'm thinking, quit smoking first. I am always winded, coughing, congested. Its also the toughest thing for me to do.
Conversely, I need to get in shape FAST for the soccer season. Perhaps I can just tone down on the stoges and focus on training my fat ass?
I enjoy working out and my eating habits aren't too awful. I could benefit from eating more fruits/veggies and less Wendy's, hehe.
Advice from the loverly striptease goddesses?
