    Default Bicycle

Just curious, I don't want to sound dumb or anything however I'm wondering what benefits (besides the obvious health/exercise/activity/fitness) riding a bicycle alot will have on a person?

As in.. does it help tone up thighs and butt ? Will I look lopsided because my bottom half of my body will be muscle-y due to the bicycle riding ?

I'm here in Darwin til 24 December and the "dancer accommodation" is a short 15 min ride out of town (the cbd)... so I hired a bicycle instead of wasting $10 one way on taxi fares each time I wanted to go into the city.

Do I look lopsided, lol? You know I dont think it makes a hell of a lot of difference unless you cycle at a sporting level. I have a freak body that never changes though, so I might be wrong /-:

It does tone up the thighs, ass, etc...esp if you mix it up...aka...lean into and away fro the handlebars, stand and pedal, etc....

It'll also whittle your core since it's heavy cardio.(well..the "heavyness" depends on teh gear you use...)

YOu won't look lopsided. It's like lifting weights... lots of reps with light weights tones muscles, it doesn't bulk them up. Plus, you'll be balancing so it will work your core a little bit. On a bit of a side note, I find riding a bike relaxing. It brings me back to when I was a kid.

Oh god..I haven't been on a bike since I was 12. I umm had a freak accident trying to ride up on the curb. I hit my va jay-jay on the "bar" part of the bike...I've never fully recovered. Mabye that's why it's so hard for me to cum..hmmm

I used to cycle, I still have my cute little race bike...light as a feather.

I had a great ass, but frigging massive thighs like tree trunks...I hated it! So I stopped cycling. That, plus a few cyclists were killed by cars on my route (Miami drivers are assholes to cyclists), I got too nervous to go ride anytime but early sunday mornings.

I did a LOT of cycling though, 100+ miles per week hard and fast. For a quick trip (15 minutes) you will probably see some growth in your quads and a little in your hamstrings/glutes, but not much. It is great exercise too!
