Arrow Getting the same thing on stage, anyways..

    Hi!

Ok, so i started working in this new club. basically, its four stages..and at any given time there can be like 4-5 girls on stage. most of the time you have to be on stage..and wait for a guy to come up to you..then start doing floorwork and let him tip you.(no poles!). if ur not on stage, u have to be selling drinks or trying to get a "Table dance" right?

ok, so i would like to sell more table dances. HOWEVER, its kind of pointless because the guy gets the same thing from the stage. because for the table dances..the guy has to sit in this booth with a BAR OVER HIM, and then theres a small table where u dance for him or whatever.
plus therye 25 bucks a song. youre tottaly not allowed to touch.

i get a few guys who are new to the club who dont understand what goes on.

but how can i get guys to go back there with me? should i just say its more intimate, and nobody else can look at me but him? i was thinkin i could ask the club if it would be ok to use a dildo in the table dances so that its a little more "Specail" and better. but how if thats not allowed?

i dont know. what do you think?

This is just my opinion, and coming from someone who's only worked in one club for about 7 months, I really don't think it would be a good idea to ask the club if you can include a dildo in your dances. Especially considering it's a no touch club, I think it would give the wrong impression and if that's not the norm, it would piss off a lot of girls! I know if a new girl came in our club and wanted to bring a dildo back to the VIP, there would be hell to pay and she'd either be yelled at or fired.

WHen I first started dancing, I found it really hard to get guys back in the VIP and found over time I just got better at closing the deal, better at finding customers, etc. And with 7 months experience, I have learned a lot but still have soooooo much more to learn because many nights w/o the help of friends, I wouldn't have a VIP. It takes a while to build up confidence in talking to customers, you have to be very confident in what you're selling and believe in your product. The product being you and the private dance area. If you don't think it's worth a customer's while to go back there, the customer will sense that and see it by your actions, even when you're trying to convince him otherwise. You have to completely believe that what you can give him back there by dancing on a table will fullfill his fantasy. Remember, guys come in a stripclub for a fantasy and for dances, they want to feel special. Make him feel special, like you really like him and want to go back there because you like him, not because you like his money.

I'm assuming this booth you're talking about is considered the private dance area? Do you dance in front of him or on a little stage back there? Is it by the song? Does your club have VIP areas where you can do it by the hour? If it's a non VIP club and it's by the song, tell him it's a place where the two of you can be alone and better aquantained, tell him that's our "private party area" or "private dance area" where we'll have more fun and we won't have all these other annoying guys around watching your dance.

Fill us in a little more on my questions so we can answer you better. I hope what I put so far is helpful. Is this the current club or the one you mentioned trying out during the day?

I have a question. Lately there have been a lot of northerners in the club that aren't as flashy as locals. Some nights I get out on the floor, survey the scene, and think, "Damn, where do I begin?" Any tips on profiling good custies? Guys from up north dress so overly casual with their shorts and stuff, its been throwing me off.

yeah, i agree..that IS unfair to the other girls..and id be pissed to if a girl wanted to do that. didnt even think bout it that way! thanks!

anyways, there is a vip room..or a "champagne room"..i think its like 300 dollar an hour. and yes, there is a little "private dance area" basically there are booths for the guy to sit on, and a bar that goes over him(i guess so he doesnt touch) and then a little low table to "dance" on. and yes it it is by song.

thanks for the tips so far. very good things to say. i guess i dont "beileve" in the product - so yeah maybe they can sense it. its just that on stage their "level" to you, so they can get like "Real close' to..."between yer legs". in the private dance room, they are more up in the booth, and u are more down on table. so its kind of hard to get close. u can get closer on the stage.

but i gues ill jus have to try to persuade them, tellin them like you said, to pretend u wana dance for them, not the money.

and i will look up on here for how to sell vips!

thanks. and yes it is the new club im trying during the day

Yeah, be positive when you tell them! When they ask "How much?" look them directly in the eyes, smile and say "It's $25 and worth it because giving private dances is TOTALLY my favorite part of the job. Getting to get naked for just you, in private? I mean how could I not love doing that!" (I use the phrase "favorite part of my job" probably about 20x a night -- it gets the point home that you love getting naked FOR MONEY.)

and yeah look up VIP selling on here too! Not every guy is a good candidate for a VIP and it's silly to try and sell VIPs to guys that honestly are walking in there with a budget of $100. But it sounds like that's how you could get the majority of your $$. Also, you think it's $300? You should find out, because it's hard to sell something if you don't seem like you know very much about the product (and that product is your company, so you should know, right?.)
