    Default mission: stay awake

what do you do when you're facing a particularly hellish, crazy hectic week where you NEED to get shit done (say, finals week) and a good night's sleep is just not an option? pills, drinks, etc? i need energy, and diet coke isn't cutting it (and i hate coffee)...

Coffee grows on you......it really does.

Um, listen to music, eat something healthy, take a break to do something fun ever so often.

Sadly enough, after a while coffee won't even cut it anymore wither.
For some reason apples work pretty well at picking up my energy, as does a b complex pill, fish oil is great for concentration too.

These are only good for everyday studying though. I've been trying to get some adderal for the major stuff, but can't seem to find any..... so I try and prioritize, and realize I'll retain more info if I take a nap, or just go to bed and start again in the morning ( early). Also, I always chew gum when I study.. my psych teacher told us that it stimulates some part of the brain that helps you remember things more easily.

Its lethal but red bull and diet pills. I used to take them together when I started dancing. I cant take them together anymore and if anything its the red bull alone.

    Cold water in the face?
A quick jog outside like 5 min.
    Or that drink called Redline.

a healthier option is celestial seasonings' fast lane tea. it really does energize you. here's a link to buy it (it tastes great, too).
