Lately I've been realizing that I get light-headed, hungry, short-tempered, and overall just feel weak if I don't eat every three hours when I'm at work. I was wondering if you all might be willing to share some of the snacks or foods you bring to work that aren't too time-consuming, fattening or make you feel heavy after eating them and don't need to be refrigerated?

Dont get me wrong... I eat healthy as much as possible but im well known for munching on chips n pizza...
