I've seen that infomercial. I think it looks too easy. I know they try to make all exercise machines in infomercials look easy so overweight ppl will buy them, but this one looks waaaaay too easy. I think maybe it would be good for ppl who actually are overweight and need an easier exercise to start out with, but for people who are in somewhat good shape, I'm not sure this would really do anything. I could be wrong, but that's how I see it.
At my gym they have something similar to this (can't think of what it's called) where you kneel on it and instead of holding on to something on the bottom, you press your chest against a pad at the top, and you do the same rotating motion as shown on the infomercial, except with your knees on the seat instead of your butt. This you add weight to though. I tried with no weight the first time and it was soooo easy. So I ended up starting with 60 lbs. So if this is anything like that, it will be way to easy with no weight.
Take the road less traveled- just make sure you have a map.
it seems like the key is to keep your legs out to tense your abs, but im not sure.
The phrase "what a bunch of crap" comes to mind.
