I sometimes catch phone calls from customers that call into my office. I take care of their business needs first but then chat them up to try to find out how well my people are doing their jobs. I dont always like what I hear from the custies (in the sense that I run a perfect business) but to ignore their offered comments would be squandering opportunites to improve my business.
