I want to get it because its really what I'm looking for as to how I want to excersize and what I want to tone.
I know of one person who has it but I just wanted to get a few more opinions before ordering it.
Thanks.

Don't...waste of money. Buy a Swiss Ball or a Balance Ball (pretty much the same thing except for costs...so do a search).
With the BB, you can use it for every body part. With the abdoer...its kinda limited.

I haven't tried, but see the informercial/qvc ads for thebean.com. It's like the ball, except supposed to have better stability (flat but a kind of head support) & is supposed to tone core muscles & hips, abs, thighs.
I'm also considering easyshaper.com, I've heard from a friend it's good for above mentioned areas, I just don't know how easy it is to assemble.

Wasnt that the onethat got recalled for being a complete crock? At least here it was anyway if its the one m thinking of - its that black elctric thing right? (Sorry about the vague description, lol!)
Oh man, inflatable exercise balls are AWESOME for doing ab work. I used to hate doing crunches because they always messed up my lower back. Crunches on a ball are done with the ball supporting the lower back, so presto! I'm doing crunches again.
Here's an interesting article:
"Best and Worst Abdominal Exercises"
Whenever a commercial says the phrase "in just minutes a day," it's a pretty good bet that it's crap. Fitness is hard work and should bloody well take more than a few minutes a day.
you don't need any equipment at all to tone your abs. Just get on the floor and start doing some crunches. It's simple.
