What is the hottest club in NYC? A place that I will get hired and make money. I am very cute and in shape. I haven't danced in 4 months cause my man won't let me. Where can I do this at except ScoresWest and HQ...![]()

Making money in New York depends on a lot. Either you have to have teflon skin to let all the politics roll off and be persistent as fuck, or you have to get in good with the pimping VIP hosts and be willing to do more than dance in the VIP rooms. Either way you must accept that your money will be very inconsistent.
Have you tried Scores East, Penthouse, or Hustler? There are reviews in the club review section.
It's a bit hard to get hired this late in the season as clubs are generally brimming with dancers already, but if you're smoking hot, it can't hurt to try.
PEC is hot right now-
But as Smartcookie said, it's really difficult to get hired here right now, because every entertainer wants to work these two weeks. And, entertainers fly in to NYC from all over, hoping to work the holiday schedule and then leaves right after.
If you are planning on staying in NYC permanently, you have a much better shot. Just make sure you let our management know this upon auditioning.
Good luck to you-

Go to Hustler and ask for Chris Murphy. Auditions are after 8 PM. They love the cute girls and there is $$ potential. Plus, you can wear a one piece short skirt (perfect for a fit body) and the place is more relaxed than other NYC clubs!
However, watch out for the crap that goes on in all NYC clubs. Put on an extra layer of skin cuz it is a hard core hustle and a lot of politics.
The Internet isn't a substitution for human contact....The strip club is!

I have worked at many clubs in the city before. I have met Chris before. I have auditioned with them 2 or 3 times. I am skinnyand look their type but he never hires me.

as NYChaos points out, New York clubs have a real issue about allowing new dancers to fly in, start working, and 'water down' the earnings potential for long term dancers during the holiday weeks. As you probably know, this is the time of year that Wall St., banks and corporations pay big bonuses - and quite a bit of that extra money winds up being spent in the clubs. It is the time of year that long term dancers can 'make up for' shitty earnings potential during slower seasons. Therefore clubowners make it a real point to avoid pissing off their long term dancers by 'loading up' their club with 'temporary' out of town new dancers who want to fly in, cash in, and fly out. Thus it is really tough for any new dancer to get hired in December in New York.
What's going on Rusdancer????
How's DC these days? You know I miss it big time....

That sounds fair actually. Although I would have loved to waltz in and work anywhere, it is good business practice. I'm sure we all read about the monster Wall Street bonuses this year. Damn, maybe I should get out of the local branch of my financial firm and head to NYC where the buckses are!

I can chime in on that one. Scores East and Flashdancers said no straight away when I went there early December as a visiting dancer from the West Coast. Didnt try Hustler, PEC, etc as I didn't want to ruin my holiday if I would've been flat out rejected everywhere (i.e.: I chickened out!). There were a LOT of girls at Flash and a lot of walk-in girls being turned away.

Maybe you should have tried Hustler. I went last night with a friend of mine who has never worked in New York and wanted to check out clubs before she auditioned. We went to Hustler and Penthouse. As as soon as we walked into Hustler the manager was very nice and told us we could audition anytime, seemed very warm and positive. They even gave us a tour or the club and comped our admission. It was very busy in there last night.

Happy Holidays to you as well! ^^^^
I am definitely coming back down to DC, but probably not until the Spring, so at least I can walk around during the day and hang out, you know?
You definitely need to come up here one of these days!
Talk to you later....
