you can track everything you eat, it tells you calorie goals for losing/maintaining/gaining weight, offers alternatives for lower sodium/calories/fat etc and it is FREE!!! You can search foods by brandname or by food name/type.
Drawbacks: can be time consuming to do searches.
Pluses: gives you a really good estimate of how many calories you burn per activity based on you height/weight and calorie goals based on weight goals and activity levels.![]()
