Lance Cpl. Justin Sharratt, 22, was accused of the unpremeditated murder of three Iraqis.
Lance Cpl. Stephen B. Tatum, 25, was charged with the unpremeditated murders of two Iraqis, negligent homicide of four Iraqi civilians and a charge of assault upon two Iraqis.
In addition to Chessani, officers charged in connection with how the incident was investigated or reported included 1st Lt. Andrew A. Grayson, 25; Capt. Lucas McConnell, 31; and Capt. Randy W. Stone, 34, a military attorney.
Military personal are taught to follow orders no matter what.... most of our military men and women are good honest people so my guess is the original shoot first ask questions order came from the very top ie- Rumefeld and/or GW Bush..... Like most pro Iraq war people ( imho) they are very, very interested in killing as many Muslim people as possible, no matter if they are innocent or not.
Grr... I so want to see those two fuckers tried for what they are clearly guilty of.... war crimes !!!
