Last I heard (a few years ago) the Russian/Brazilian contingent had movied in, and Macau was no longer the cash cow it had been. But, it might still be decent...I have no idea.

I went and checked out the two clubs in Macau last year when I was working in Hong Kong.

The girls were all Thai and Russian and just looked exploited. Didn't exactly look like they were rolling in it when I was there on a Saturday night either.

o0o0o. I would love to work in Macau, if they pulled together some sort of new club with its shit together. I love the odd Portugese/Chinese fusion of the place.

But the two clubs that were there last time I was were seriously dubious. Like sex slave, I don't keep any of my money dubious.

Seems there's one decent contract in Macau with these agencies, any of you thinking of going...

Downside is club wants 150 girls, it's 40% commission and most weirdly you're encouraged to meet customers outside of the club for drinks?! Maybe coz the club doesn't have a sit-down structure in place! Bt here's me thinking why would I want to meet customers outside the club when I know I can make most my money doing the same when on a paid VIP/sit-down inside a club!!!

^Probably the Dohan system. That's common in Asian clubs, you have dinner with the custie then bring him into the club, you get a commission on the extra entrance fee he pays.

Ok, but it seems you get peanuts for the time and effort spent...or maybe we UK girls are spoilt, I get £240 an hour to sit in VIP and dance and drink with a customer!

Also noticed that dance prices are pretty steep, $50 for a private topless dance! The American guys might get a cardiac as they're used to getting the full thing for $20?!

Yes, but that's how it works there You'll still have plenty of opportunities to make money in the club. In Tokyo one dance was $70 but hardly anyone did just one.

ETA: but I've never worked in Macau so I dunno, all I know is that Hong Kong clubs are a similar system to Japan

I see, well at least you keep most of that money I hear Tokyo clubs have no house fee or commission! On this contract you get a daily wage that covers your accommodation and house fee but then it's 40% of your earnings to the club!

How are the clubs in Hong Kong like, I looked at one contract but it had the strictest rules and fines, like you're fined about £700 if you gain more than two pounds, if you cancel a shift, if you're more than 30 mins late for one ad so on...

Judging from the response on here it seems the Chinese style Vegas won't be too popular as a dancing destination...or??!

There's a new one opening up over summer http://www.thebestdancers.com/the_scoop.php

Anyone planning on working there? They say it's an American-style club.
