    Default Question about stripper bags

I seen a thread about here about what you carry your stripper stuff in awhile ago.

I need a new bag my old Adidas large duffle's zipper crapped out on me. My question is, is there any kind of fabric that doesnt absorb that awful stripper smell a bag gets?

I carry all of my stuff in an Old Navy beach bag. It looks kind of like those bags that you can use in the store to hold your merchandise before checkout. It's made of heavy mesh and it even has a small inside bag attached for holding your lock, license or whatever. It doesn't seem to have absorbed any smell.

I use a small carry on type suitcase, but I have each outfit bagged seperatly in ziplock bags. I also febreeze the suitcase every time I take out all my outfits to wash them.

I use a small rolling suitcase & when I can afford to, I'm buying a locking hardcase... I recommend that, it won't soak up stench & it'll keep loser-ass b*tches from meddling with your stuff. (The proportion of meddling b*tches has gone up with the decline of cash in the business.)

use a dancer bag or athlete bag. they're made to hold up to more abuse than regular "bags".

I use a rolling suitcase and zip loc bags for each outfit, mainly to keep it organized. When I do laundry I usually end up having to wash everything even if I didn't wear it cuase the funk gets to the stuff in the bags sometimes!

I also use the rolling suitcase and Febreeze. But I also tuck a few dryer sheets in each pocket of the suitcase, inside and out. I change them once every week and a half.

Just curious-do you gals not have a locker? Or am I just weird for leaving everything that's clean in there and taking stuff home to wash as needed??

No lockers here. Clubs in this area only give you 1 or 2 bookings per week. It's common to work at about 4 clubs at one time for us so we cart our shit around with us.

^^^No, I pretty much do the same thing, with the leaving the clean stuff in my locker.

I'm pleased by how often my fellow SWers claim to wash their outfits and place an emphasis on hygiene. It's not so common in my club, let me tell you... I work with some very pretty, very grubby girls who talk about how maybe they'll wash this thong, it's been a few weeks.

I just use a regular rolling suitcase that I Febreze and air out in the backyard every few days while everything else is in the laundry. It's not a fantastic method, but I chose convenience over cleanliness, because it has a zillion pockets to hold all my earrings and nonsense, unlike athletic bags or duffels which are admittedly more washable.

I use Victoria Secret dryer sheets and it helps but doesn't totally remove the smell. Hah, I thought I was the only one that thought my bag smelled like the dressing room!!!!

we have a really nice washer and dryer at our club so i do my club laundry there, I do have a locker but i also keep this big leather satchel that i carry from the locker to the dressing room (They are 2 connected rooms). I haven't noticed much funk yet. I don't think leather holds much smell.

Me too. I have a small pink suitcase and bag my outfits up in zip lock bags. But I also really have been wanting to get a locking hardcase. I have my own locker in my "home club", but I always worry that my stuff will be fucked with when I go to ohter clubs and don't have a locker.

I love the dryer sheets idea I am going to have to try that.

I use a small rolling case, I put my dirty clothes into a large plastic bag at the end of the night and DO NOT put it back in my bag I carry it with me so that I remember to wash it in the shower with me when I get home from work. About once a week I clean my bag out and leave it on my patio to air out, prevent the onset of the "smell".

Dryer sheets in the Ziploc bags your outfits are in is helpful, too, since it helps keep the clean outfits from absorbing club funk. What I use varies from a rolling suitcase to a duffel to a backpack depending on where I'm working, if I'm home or traveling, etc.

I used a le sac bag that I would throw in the wash along with my clothing. I would pick and choose 4-6 outfits for the night that I would take with...
