First, start your day with a bowl of cereal (something more nutritious that Coco Puffs). I eat Raisin Bran, Frosted Mini Wheats, etc.. I agree coffee is always a great jump starter, as is some good, raw, or barely cooked garlic...of course that can also lead to smelly gas lol. Lots of water always! If all the healthy stuff fails, you could always drink a bottle of champagne...without fail, everyday after champagne in VIP, I get the PCPs (post champagne poops).
