    Default Well, here goes nothing

I'm going to stop in to my chosen club sometime next week. I want to stay away from weekends because I'm still green and would be intimidated probably, lol. The guy said just come on in and audition, so that's the plan. I'm looking for that thread that listed everything to bring, but I still have some other questions.

I have two outfits, is that enough? Should I pick up another one?
What do you do if you are giving someone a dance and you get called to the stage? I've been wondering about that...do you just ignore it?
Is it rude to clean off the pole with a wipe before going on stage? I don't want to slip and look like even more of an ass. Or should I just get some of that dry grip stuff for my hands and use that instead?
When (during a lap dance) should I start losing the clothes? 30 seconds in? 1 minute?

Sorry about all the questions; I'm just nervous
Oh, and is Casey a good name? I'm torn between that or Layla.

Thanks so much everyone. I'm pretty excited about this

I think 2 outfits to start out with will be plenty, I never usually wear more than 2 a night anyway unless I get bored. Just pick up a couple more along the way, thats what I did and continue to do..always have a growing costume collection and then sell your gently used stuff on ebay or something. Stripper recycling. haha.
About the stage and lapdancing, its different at every club but I believe most bigger clubs will skip you on stage if you are doing a VIP/CR. Best bet there would be to ask the floor manager when he is going over the rules with you, then you will know for sure! I work at a smaller club and we arent allowed to be skipped just because we are in VIP or giving a dance...we still have to go up unless we can talk another girl and the emcee into letting us slide. Its stupid but what ya gonna do right?
About wiping down the pole. I ALWAYS wipe down the pole with a paper towel/rag and windex when I go on stage. There are alot of nasty bitches who dont wash themeselves/their hands properly and I dont wanna touch a dirty pole that some bitch has had her va jay jay/butthole all over! If you properly clean the pole of any grime or lotion you shouldnt have any probelm with "slipping off"...I dont think you will have any problems slipping off anyway because not alot of girl lube up before stage, and oil of any kinds is usually not allowed, though there is always that 1 bitch who thinks the rules dont apply to her!
As for the lapdances themselves, again, everywhere is different-ask the floor manager how it is typically done. Some places have 6 inche - 6foot rules regarding lapdances...some have no touching, light to moderate touching, moderate to heavy touching.
I have never worked at a club that wasnt light to moderate with some heavy at some places...but after reading alot on here it seems that if you work in a no/low contact club the striptease aspect would have to be part of the lapdance...as to were at my club its just "drop clothes" and jump on the lap and grind away...(sorta) So I would say yes do a striptease type show if its a no/low contact and lessen the amount stripteasing for each mileage stone it goes up, till its moderate to heavy would be no striptease just right down to the lapping! (dancing that is, for you dirty pervs)
I hope some of this helps, since I havent ever worked in a no/low contact club thats just my guess!
I personally dont think Casey is a very good stripper name, because it immdiately reminds me of Casey jones from the ninja turtles, but I AM a DORK! I have a friend named Casey who is a dancer and she goes by "Charlie" at the club...I think the name Charlie for a dancer is a great name plus it went kinda along the lines of her real name. I would do "charlie" but that just my opinion!
Hope I helped ya out a bit and good luck!

Casey is an all right name, but Layla is an awesome one. I love the name Layla and when I heard a girl at my club dancing with that name I near hit myself for not coming up with it first. It is a great name for a stripper. Casey is not a bad name it just doesnt stand out as much as Layla, and if you do go with Layla make sure you dance to the song.
