My back, actually my whole body, has been a wreck since having my baby, all the picking her up and carrying her and the breasfeeding. My posture is shot and I'm always dealing with pain and soreness. I'm trying to be conscious of proper alignment and working on muscle toning, but one thing I don't know what to do about is the crunching. Every time I stretch, my back is like crunchcrunchcrunch. Could this be a vitamin thing? Does anyone know?

That's why I think maybe it's nutritional cause I'm losing a little weight (in addition to pregnancy weight) so I'll get on those prenatal vit. and continue to try to get in better shape. I definately want to try the chiro though. Thanks for the advice guys.
