I shave everything everyday even when I don't work. I am an old school shaver.

eh, it was prompting me to enter my email addy to view the video and I'd really rather not. What exactly is it? I'll explain what I've been doing as it may be similar: Particularly for my bush (which I admittedly allow to grow to jungle proportions at times since I no longer dance) I shave with the direction of hair growth while standing under the shower's running water. No soap or shaving lubricant. The water seems to keep the razor fairly unclogged and mixes with the lube strip so that there is no drag. After I get the majority of hair off I then use lather and tidy up. It is SO much faster than lathering up, shave, rinse the razor, repeat.

Is that what you're talking about?

the videos showed the tools.. a good brush , fancy lather soap and aftershave without alchohol.. mentioned like getting from crab tree and evelyn kindof products.. not the grocery store
Start with warm water in a mug soaking brush.. then pour out water and put in lather soap and swish around brush until it makes peeks like whip cream.. put on your face.. then shave one way i think with hairs with good blade razor
rinse.. relather.. shave a different way.. rinse.. then if you can handle it relather shave again another direction...and then if you can rinse and shave a 4th direction.. all with short one inch slightly overlapping strokes.. then rinse with cool water for 30 seconds.. apply aftershave without alchohol...

That sounds like way too much work for such a large area as we shave. I just do it in bath/shower water with a Schick Quattro ladies razor.

I wouldn't mind trying that on my kitty. I did it once in a bunch of directions and it felt like I'd just waxed it. However...the aftermath wasn't worth it.

If this process would nix the aftereffects, then yeah, occasionally I'd pull it out for that special date when a Mr. Clean kitty would be nice -purr!-
