Hey there. I'm a Newbie to this site, and I want to start dancing..But I also want to tone up alot before hand. I'm 5'8 and 140 lbs..But its because I have big hips and bones are heavy!! haha.
I don't have any problems with actual body weight, and I'm confident in it because even though I weigh alot, I don't look it...Although I do need to tone up.
I don't drive as of right now, so a gym isnt an option (I live out in the country, no gyms anyways!)
I was wondering if anyone knew any good excersizes that I could do without needing alot of space (tiny room) or equipment? I know I can start doing sit-ups, but I don't know of anything to tone up my legs, arms and butt that doesnt require me buying a lot of stuff. Has anyone got any idea's for things i can do using stuff around my house? Any help would be greatly appriciated!
