So I'm getting over a stomach virus. I'M STARVING!!!!! But what's 'ok' to eat? There are some things that are naturally harder for your body to digest and stuff. So obviously red meat is out... (though I would LOVE a steak right now).
So what's safe?
I was able to keep toast down yesterday. I also had a couple spoonfulls of tomato soup (with a spoonfull of sour cream in the bowl!) and last night had half a slice of pizza.
I have lots of food in my fridge that's been going bad since I've been sick and not able to eat it, which sucks, but I'm not sure what would be good for me.
I've had another three slices of toast and one scrambled egg so far today. But I"M SICK OF TOAST!!!! AAHHH!!!
What else is safe?
