Default slow dancing with a customer?

Has anyone else ever slow danced with a customer during private dances?
This first started when I went to the club Christmas party, and my ATF asked me to dance during slow songs. Since then, when I saw her at the club she dances at with a champagne room, we slow danced together to slow songs. Now, I visited her at the other club she dances which just has regular LDs, and we slow danced the last song we had together there. I really enjoy it, and it has been her idea. The owner at the club with regular LDs is an old friend of mine. I mentioned to her that we had been slow dancing together in the vip at the other club. She said she didn't see a problem with it, since it was our time together, we should be able to do what we wanted. Now we are doing it at her club, so I guess she couldn't complain.
Like I said, I have really been enjoying it, but it just seems strange. I have never slow danced with a girl at a strip club before. I guess I should just roll with it, and keep enjoying myself, but I was just wondering if any other of you ladies had ever done this, and if it is really that unusual. I almost feel that I am overstepping my bounds, but since it has been her idea, I guess not.

It's a good way to break up the monotony of a champange room or multiple dances.

This in the same rare category as becoming actual friends in a SC. Such necessities as respect, sanity, politeness, honesty, sincerity, and mutual fun (in general) and sometimes great conversation are required. This does not necessarily preclude money for SC services, same as it would if your GF worked as, for example, manager of a supermarket where you still wanted to buy food - you'd still have to pay. I think it is rare because two such people do not come into contact very often in these (SC) circumstances. Fortunately I have, a few times. Of course most experienced dancers are very skeptical due to so many stupid experiences with the male projection issue.
I loved going to strip clubs; I actually made some friends there. Now things are different for the clubs and for me. As a result I am not as happy.

Customers are not entitled to grope, disrespect, or rob strippers. This is their job, not their hobby, and they all need income. Clubs are not just some erotic show for guys to view while drinking.

NOTE: anything I post here, outside of a direct quote, is my opinion only, which I am entitled to. Take it for what you estimate it is worth.

I have a custy who loves to slow dance, more ballroom style, not junior high. he's very good. He's divorced, and him and his wife used to go to charity dances, and now he doesn't go.... so he misses the dancing. He's actually very sweet about it, and it was originally his idea, but I like it too.

Hmmm, that's interesting. I've never heard of a dancer wanting to do that before. Enjoy it I guess?

I'm with Emily - I'd do it, but I'd find it creepy and I would be really uncomfortable.

If I was another dance in that club, I'd laugh at you from afar. But I'd still do it, its not one of the worse things to do......reminds me of Tina Turner's "Private Dancer" video.

I'm your private dancer, dancer for money, do what you want me to do!!!!"

Ya, when ballroom boy comes in all the girlies tease me, but hey, it's an easy vip night, and I keep my clothes on the whole time

A long time ago, I used to frequent a club on the west side of Indianapolis. The club opened a separate "slow dance" room and management encouraged the dancers to take customers there. The cost per song was the same as a lap dance. My fave and I used the room at her request at least a couple of times per club visit. From my perspective, it was kind of fun as a change of pace during the evening. My fave never seemed to get comfortable with the idea, though. I think she would rather have been doing LD's.

Miss A, of past TR fame, will hug me after she puts her gown back on in the VIP room and sometimes we will drift into a slow dance if the right song is playing. We've known each other for quite a while now so it doesn't seem weird to me. I can see how a dancer would think it was a little creepy if a customer initiated it but I can't see why any club would have a problem with it.

Years ago there was at least one place off Times Square in NYC where slow dancing was the deal. It was not a strip club, but an x-rated, somewhat seedy, remnant of a taxi-dancing club, which probably had been there since the 1940s.

There was a dance floor in the center of the club, with cocktail tables and chairs around it. You would go in, buy a ticket for a dancer (they would present themselves in a line for selection) and then you could sit with them or dance with them for a given time. There actually was some slow dancing going on, but the club seemed to have gone downhill to the point where most of the action was on the edges of the floor, where the dancers tried to solicit tips, and, unfortunately, frequently offered extras for them.

It's certainly not very typical, but it does happen. In my experience, some dancers are uncomfortable because the rules are not clear whether it is allowed or not. Other dancers seem to be uncomfortable because it's potentially much more intimate. I too have had brief slow dances, like Yoda and Ms. A., after a LD, when a hug drifts into a slow dance with the right song and the right dancer. (Doesn't happen very often if only because there aren't many great slow dance songs played at the clubs!!) The dances usually came to an end when the dancer noticed one of the managers watching.

Interestingly, a slow dance is more likely to turn me on than a trip to Grinderville. Just my age, I guess. Which I suppose also explains the low comfort level of some gals.

My favorite slow dance of all time seemed at the time to be totally spontaneous. I was talking with one dancer who had put on a nice stage show. We were watching another dancer, and I was giving a bit of a shoulder massage at her request. The music was terrific (for a change), and we were sort of drifting to and fro. I'm not paying (yet) for a dance, but she's rubbing her butt against me, and I'm getting quite happy. Yes, off we go to the LD chairs. In retrospect it may merely have been a little "saleswomanship" on her part. Or it was indeed spontaneous. Ultimately, it doesn't matter. I was having fun, and she got paid for a dance ... or two, or ... I can't even remember how many we had! Unfortunately, that particular scenario hasn't been repeated.

Personally, if I was going to dance in the VIP room, I would do the Lambada.

It is the "forbidden dance", you know
