    Default best club in melbourne

I have read the around australia thread which was great and clubs and reviews section a while ago.

I just wanted to get some opinions on what is the best club to work at in melbourne?

It would be awesome and greatly appreciated if dancers who have worked anywhere in melbourne could tell me what's good and bad about working at a particular club, how busy the club is, etc. I'm trying to research a good club to apply to.
I have been working at centrefoldlounge on king st for 3 months now - i like it but i thought i might check out another club just for comparison coz i have only ever danced at centrefoldlounge.
    thanks.

Gold Fingers is ok for money, shifts are 7 to 3 8 to 4 or 9 to close, house fees have gone up to 60 for sunday to wednesday and thursday to sat are 70. Club has a lot of girls, but then agani lots of customers. Table sets are 15mins every 1 1/2 hours

Rhino.... stage sets to topless, however must go full nude. House fees depend on what time you arrive. Money is avg.

I will let you make up your mind!

The way to find out about other melbourne clubs is to do as I have done... just go in and apply. Do not tell them you are CURRENTLY working at centerfold lounge... just tell them you have been working for three months locally and only specify where if they specifically ask .... and make it out as if you were working there however no longer do (or similiar).... anyway... since you work at CL you would have an easy time being hired at MGs (Mens Gallery).

Go work at the sister club for a little while. If you don't like MGs... then try Goldies (Goldfingers) or any of the other numerous King St clubs.

Give each club 5 full shifts before you decide whether you like it or not.

Im really interested in goldfingers actually i went there as a customer ages ago to check it out.
Is the contact level higher than at mens gallery? (asking this coz contact the same at MG and Centrefold).
When I got a dance at goldfingers the dancer was rubbing boobs in face and I think she might have even put her nipple in my friends mouth (it looked like it and he said she did but you know guys).

I like the dress rules there too, centrefold is too uptight with what we can and can't wear IMO.

Yes the contact levels are MUCH higher at Goldies and some of the other King St clubs yet at the same time it is totally up to you how much contact you provide in the dance. Some of the guys will push for you to allow them to touch you as there are girls (I've seen it with my own eyes) who have allowed light touching from the customer on them... never ever allow them to touch you.

Be prepared for the competativeness of Goldies. They generally do not "cap" the number of girls working each night especially over the weekend and/or more popular nights so you can be working with over 50 girls on some nights.

Men's Gallery rules are similar to those at Centrefold, from what I've heard about Centrefold. It's a strictly no-contact club with stringent dress rules. Gown only, no prints, no boots, g-string only, no visible tatts or piercings.

I would personally not work somewhere with so strict a dress code as most of my favourite work clothes fall outside it (plus I have a couple of piercings). I've heard Bar 20 is a good place to earn.
