I was on a fat girl website for healthy recipes and one girl's signature had the coolest advice
Eat for the body you want, not the body you have
my interpretation... if you have a body you arent happy with it can reflect in eating.. you deprive yourself, feel guilty, blah blah
But if you eat for the body you want (hopefully it is a healthy toned good feeling body) you choose healthy dense real foods and listen to your body
When I want to loose a few pounds I think a few days not eating much - denying - will do the trick.. but reality is the few pounds are probably the junk the other night and lack of water/vitamins/movement ect... throwing my body outta whack
But if the body i want is a healthy one.. I shouldnt be tempted to do quick tricks.. just treat my body as if it were already healthy and ideal.. which would mean good healthy foods/drinks and excersize and it will all fall back in place
