I was starving at work last night and one of my friends had KFC. I am usually pretty healthy but went ahead and had a leg and thigh, a biscuit, mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. Don't get me wrong it was pretty delicious!!! However, I woke up this morning feeling bloated and just plain gross. I know I didn't put on any weight from one meal but I feel like a moo cow. It just made me realize that fast food is absolute garbage. Sorry ladies, just had to rant.
