I have a question for the Dancers.....
It is accepted a customer is a customer is a customer, and ignore cash flow for the moment......but, given the choice, do dancers prefer to dance for for blue collar types or college types?

It really depends on the guy. Generally the college types tend to be obnoxious; but sometimes the young college guys can be gents. Same goes for the BC worker.
It is a matter of who treats me best coupled with good personal hygiene.

Anyone respectful and who is willing to have a laugh and fun. Doesn't worry me what their job is.
Me, I like any customer, but I tend to get the cold shoulder from blue collar guys. They aren't into me/my stripper persona. I tried to work at a few blue collar oriented clubs and I just about starved.
So, while I like dancing for anyone fun/respectful, I am more likely to approach someone who appears to be college educated.
College guys are usually just trying to fuck/date/party with you, which gets really old! This doesnt much differ with the blue collar guys but at least they are alittle less persistent because they prolly have a wifey at home! haha So DEF blue collar/older guys...
Since they are looking for a long term relationship with you, they prefer the college guys![]()
I prefer to dance for someone who can hold a good conversation that isnt about what hole in my body I prefer to be fucked... someone who has good hygein and just wants to have a fun relaxing evening![]()

i avoid college guys unless they tip really well on stage or show interesting in wanting me to come over. there's also the "when no one else is in the club" factor. in that case i'll go over. i'd say 90% of the times i talk to college guys, it's a complete waste of my time. there's always an exception, but most of the time the college guys are the ones who are all "work for this dollar, WORK FOR IT" and trying to take you home at the end of the night. they are also typicaly VERY cheap.

i also wanted to add that i have a problem with the thread title "dumb guys or nerds" since
a. not all college kids are smart -or- nerds.
and
b. not all BC workers are "dumb".
in fact, i wouldn't even say "most" in either case.
If I'm paying, I'm brad pit, and she just happens to be REALLY turned on by my brad pittyness

^^Pitiful. *ba-dum-CHHH*
I'm with Penny. I talk to college kids if they have been exceptionally generous at the rail OR if there is really no one else in the club. Even then I try to keep it focused.
I actually scolded a group of college kids two days ago, keeping my big cheesy smile on the whole time. The seven or eight of them were crowded around one chair, with ONE dollar out. I said "Wow, did you take up a collection?" One dude laughed. I did my thing and said "Don't spend it all in one place, now!" as I sashayed off. The guys next to the college kids cracked up. I felt like I had given a public service announcement.
Is it possible I could have eventually wrestled ONE lap dance out of the entire group? Over, like, an hour and a half of repeat visits? Maybe. But I'd rather go with the sure thing.
NERDS NERDS NERDS!

It is both! Most definitely a ref to the Hole song ("Rose white, Rose red, rose up in my head"), which in turn was definitely a ref to the fairy tale. Plus "rose" works on a bunch of other top secret levels for me too.Good catch there, my Pretty!

^ i used to play the living hell out of that cd. in fact, i think i can still play most of the songs on guitar.
^^I still play that CD when I'm working out and in a . . . certain mood. It's always a challenge not to start howling along with it on the treadmill! But to be able to play it on the guitar? Ohhh, man, I'm getting such a girlie crush on you. I have a thing for redheads with alabaster skin. Seriously.
Yikes! I think I see Jay coming. Sorry, sorry, I'll stop flirting, I swear. Where were we? Oh yes: NERDS NERDS NERDS!

Definately blue collar guys. Lots of them actually make decent money and they ALWAYS pay with cash.

Any dancer with her hustle down will be able to spot out what kind of customers would be the most profitable, and therefore start with them.
Personally, I like to start with the middle-aged gentlemen that are dressed nicely. On average: they have been around block, know what the rules are, how the game is played, and have come to play it, not waste my time. They appreciate a good combination of sultry sophistication, can hold an intelligent conversation on a wide range of topics, and generally have more in their wallets than receipts.

Good Lord it had to be Blue Collar guys, hands down.

College types? As in boys in college, or anyone who's ever been to college? Surely you're aware that alot of blue collars have been to college and vice versa.
Anyway, I don't care what the job is as long as he's paying, uses decent manners, has good hygiene and doesn't hassle me for extras. I do get more enjoyment out of dancing for studly young hotties, whether they've been to college or not - AS LONG AS THEY'RE PAYING AND BEHAVING LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.
I do find that men who show up to the SC in suits tend to be bigger assholes and cheaper customers overall though, so I tend to avoid them.

ZZZZ...
