since i fractured my ankle, i feel so gross! it's only been 4 days but still.. i cant do much but sit with my foot up. i'm going to be this way for at least another week and a half and i dont know what to do. i know i've been eating bad and more because i'm bored, but i have been drinking a ton of water and other than that only low fat milk. any ideas of anything i can do so i dont feel like a cow when i do get back to work?
