You cant prevent them unless you wear kneepads. Your knees will eventually get used to it.
For now, get some Arnica gel and pills to rub on your legs right away, and Dermablend if you want makeup to cover it up.
I always used to wear fishnets![]()

Arnica Gel works great! I had this nasty bruise on my hip where I hit the pole full force. It was black with a white center. I went to GNC and bought some. I applied it several times a day. It was gone completly within a week. I was surprised because I bruise very easily and they last forever on me. I am not to sure about the pills. I am weary of using herbs orally. I did some research on it and it said that it was toxic. But, there are several girls on here that do take the pills and I guess are fine. Also, massage the bruised areas after a warm bath or even better let the shower hit it to break it up. THen apply the gel. Here is a link to some causes and remedies.![]()

I used to get bruises as well from doing floor work and pole tricks and yes, you will toughen up and eventually stop bruising. Is it at all possible you may be lacking iron in your diet?
BLANKET!!!!!!!!!!!! Start using a blanket for floor work.. did you know most stages have traces of semen, alcohol, germs etc on them? So nevermind just keeping the bruising down it also keeps your body clean.
Arnica gel works wonders for helping ease the bruises as well.

even arnica caplets (orally taken) work wonders. but arnica is what 5 out of 5 strippers recommend![]()
Love it!
arnica gel and sally hanson airbursh legs.

Thanks for the ideas , I will try them out !
Cypress Oil. Has to be essential oil. My mom is a RN who is into into homeopathic stuff and turned me onto it. You just rub a lil on and something in it breaks down the blood. Stinky but it works quickly.
There's also threads in here for bruising:
