Ok so I've been focusing on my abs a lot lately, and in the morning of course they're nice and flat, but when I eat/drink they poof out some and create a tiny dreaded pooch. My question is is it possible to develope really good abs where even if you eat/drink they won't poof out much, or no matter how good your abs are eating or drinking will make them poof. Is it that last little bit of fat making the pooch, and once that's gone, it won't poof out anymore? Hopefully that makes sense.
