When I danced, I had just left my husband and was making a go of it on my own with my 1 year old daughter. I refused to be on welfare or anything like that so I went at dancing as a stepping stone to get to where I wanted to be and to take care of myself and my chlid. Met me second and current husband when I was dancing. I danced for 3 years total then got out and about a year after I quit I graduated from college. My daughter had no idea what I did for work back then. My kids today know what I did then, but they are older now too.

The whole thing is, some guys can handle it and some can't. And for those who can't or even have the least little inkling about it, they are never gonna be okay with it. It will always cause problems and youre' relationship will go down hill. I know because i lived it. Even some of the most confident guys cannot handle the thought of there woman that they love, sitting naked in someone elses lap.For those of you that do have supportive men, you don't know how lucky you are. My situation led to either i would have to break up with him to do it,but then i ran the risk of him trying to take custody of our daughter. And he made it quite clear that he would try to do this. So it all depends on your situation. It's only one way or the other.

I am married and have a 19 month old son. We have a wonderful relationship anddancing is just for fun money. Luckily I dont have to do it at this point in life, so this makes it more positive for me.

If I decide to quit, my hubby is supportive. If I stay, he is supportive too.
You just have to bed solid. I dont know if a marriage that is rocky would survive something like this.

The hints must be a wonderful advantage. I just went back to work last week. It was so nice . The 1.5 hrs. of sleep was a little rough, so I must agree. Kids don't really sleep in most of the time lol. Confidence definately increases when you dance. I can't agree more.
